With the native Mighty Networks integration, your members can interact with your knowledge and perspective without leaving your community. Your Delphi can become an always-available guide, teaching companion, or expert resource alongside your courses, events, and conversations.

Why Mighty Networks? Mighty Networks combines community, courses, events, and memberships in one place. Its native Delphi integration makes it an ideal choice for hosts building a connected member experience around their expertise.

What the integration enables

Once connected, you can:

  • Add your Delphi directly to a Mighty Networks community or member space.

  • Give members a place to ask questions and explore your knowledge in context.

  • Choose whether your integration opens on your profile or goes directly to the conversation.

  • Match the experience to your brand with a custom color and welcome message.

  • Show suggested questions to help members get started.

  • Require an email address before a conversation begins.

  • Apply your existing usage limits or provide unlimited access within a paid community.

  • Grant Insider access through the integration when appropriate.

Before you begin

Make sure that:

  • You have a Mighty Networks community where you can add or edit content.

  • Your Delphi is ready for members to use.

  • Your Delphi plan includes integrations. Integrations are available on the Builder, Scaler, and Immortal tiers.

  • You know where in your Mighty community you want your Delphi to appear—for example, a dedicated space, course, resource page, or member area.

Connect Delphi to Mighty Networks

1Open Integrations in Delphi

Sign in to Delphi Studio and select Integrations from the left-hand navigation.

2Select Mighty Networks

Open the Learning Platforms tab, find Mighty Networks, and select Connect.

3Choose how your Delphi appears

Select the display and default views that best fit your community:

  • Page embed: Places the full Delphi experience inside a page or space.

  • Chat bubble: Gives members a compact way to open the conversation.

  • Profile view: Opens with your image, name, headline, and suggested questions.

  • Chat view: Opens directly in the conversation.

For a dedicated “Ask me” space or course resource, the Page embed with Profile view is a helpful starting point. Choose Chat view when you want members to begin asking questions immediately.

4Customize the member experience

Configure the integration to fit the purpose of the space. Depending on your plan and settings, you can:

  • Set your brand color.

  • Write an initial message that explains how members should use your Delphi.

  • Show or hide suggested questions.

  • Require members to provide an email address.

  • Choose whether to enforce your Delphi’s usage limits.

  • Grant Insider access to everyone using this integration.

  • Hide Delphi branding where your plan allows it.

If your Delphi is included as a benefit of a paid Mighty Networks membership, turn off Enforce Usage Limits in the integration’s Configuration settings to provide members with unlimited access.

5Copy your integration URL

Continue through the setup flow and copy the URL Delphi provides. Keep this tab open while you complete the installation in Mighty Networks.

6Add the integration in Mighty Networks

In Mighty Networks, open the community, space, course, or page where you want your Delphi to appear. Follow the on-screen Mighty Networks steps for adding the Delphi integration, then paste the URL copied from Delphi.

Save or publish your changes when prompted.

7Test the member experience

Before announcing the integration, test it as a community member rather than only as a host or administrator.

Confirm that:

  • Your Delphi loads in the intended space.

  • The selected Profile or Chat view appears correctly.

  • The initial message and suggested questions are appropriate.

  • A member can begin and continue a conversation.

  • Access and usage-limit settings behave as expected.

  • The experience works on both web and the Mighty Networks mobile app.

Single sign-on and member access

The Delphi and Mighty Networks integration supports a connected sign-in experience for members. When required, single sign-on must be enabled for the specific community by both Mighty Networks and Delphi.

If members are asked to sign in unexpectedly, cannot access the integration, or the connected sign-in experience has not been enabled for your community, contact support@delphi.ai. Include your Delphi profile URL and the URL of the affected Mighty Networks space so the team can investigate quickly.

Make the integration valuable to members

A clear purpose and thoughtful introduction help members understand why your Delphi is there. Consider positioning it as:

  • Community guide: Answers common questions and helps members find relevant resources.

  • Course companion: Explains lessons, frameworks, and concepts in more detail.

  • Always-on office hours: Gives members access to your perspective between live sessions.

  • Reflection partner: Helps members apply your ideas to their own situation.

  • Onboarding resource: Introduces new members to your approach, community, and recommended next steps.

Add three to five suggested questions that reflect the most valuable reasons to use the integration. For example:

  • “Where should I start?”

  • “Can you explain this week’s lesson?”

  • “How can I apply this framework to my situation?”

  • “Which community resource should I explore next?”

Edit your integration later

To change the experience after launch, return to Integrations in Delphi Studio. Find the Mighty Networks integration, open the ••• menu, and select Edit.

You can update its behavior, style, access settings, welcome message, and suggested questions without rebuilding your Delphi.

Troubleshooting

The integration shows “Configuration Not Found”

Check that the correct Mighty Networks domain is saved in the integration’s Website Domain field. Update the domain, save the integration, and test again.

Members are reaching usage limits

Open the integration’s Configuration settings and turn off Enforce Usage Limits if the Mighty Networks space is intended to provide unlimited access.

The experience does not match my main Delphi

Each integration can have its own behavior and style. Review the integration settings directly. If you have not customized its behavior, it will use your main Delphi settings by default.

Members cannot sign in or access the integration

Confirm that the member is signed in to the correct Mighty Networks community. If the issue continues, email support@delphi.ai with the affected community URL, Delphi profile URL, device, and a screenshot of the error.
